This is a place where I explore traditional cooking methods and the benefits to our health and wellbeing. Nutritious wholesome food is not complicated. Current research has discovered the link between poor gut health and our overall health, including mental health challenges such as anxiety and depression. Did you know there is more serotonin in the gut than in the brain?  Simply switching to sourdough bread or eating a little sauerkraut with our meals can dramatically improve our health.
