Meet the Local Artisans

The Sunshine Coast, Queensland, is a gourmet food bowl where many unique, innovative food artisans share their love for healthy food.  This hub of growers, farmers, and cooks are keen to share their skills in the art of brewing, fermenting, pickling and baking.  In her very first interview Mardi meets with Les Bartlett, a kindred spirit sharing her passion for sourdough bread.  Les built his artisanal bakery at Crystal Waters Village in Conondale 25 years ago and his knowledge of bread, wheat, and fermentation is invaluable. I hope you enjoy the interview with Les below.
